- Handle admission enquiries, parent counselling, school visits and regular follow-ups from Nursery to Secondary.
- Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to enrolment, including applications, assessments, documentation and fee coordination.
- Collect, verify and maintain student admission documents and records.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital student databases.
- Handle and update SATS, UDISE/UDISE+ and CBSE portals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Ensure student data is consistent across school records and government/CBSE portals.
- Maintain admission MIS, enquiry, follow-up, conversion and pending-document reports.
- Coordinate with Academic, Accounts and Administration teams for smooth completion of admissions.




- Track key deadlines and ensure all admission and portal-related requirements are completed on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in school admissions/administration preferred.
- Excellent communication, counselling and parent-handling skills.
- Strong documentation, data management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and online portals.
- Prior experience with SATS, UDISE/UDISE+ and CBSE portals preferred.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and deadline-driven.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
