Job Summary :

We are looking for a responsible and proactive RTO & Insurance Executive to manage RTO activities, vehicle insurance, online portal processes, and pending IB cases for our dealership group.

The candidate will be responsible for documentation, online submissions, timely follow-ups, and case closure, while coordinating with RTO authorities, insurance companies, and internal teams..

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle day-to-day RTO-related documentation and processes for dealership vehicles.
- Coordinate for vehicle registration, transfer, RC, ownership, HSRP and other RTO-related activities.
- Manage motor insurance issuance, renewal, endorsement, claim coordination and related documentation.
- Complete and track pending IB cases through respective online portals.
- Regularly monitor online portals and ensure pending applications/cases are completed within timelines.
- Coordinate with RTO offices, insurance companies, agents and dealership teams for case resolution.
- Maintain proper records of RTO, insurance and pending cases.
- Follow up continuously on pending documents, approvals and applications.
- Prepare regular MIS/reports on pending and completed cases.




- Ensure accuracy of documents and compliance with applicable processes.
- Resolve discrepancies and escalate long-pending or critical cases to management.
- Perform other administrative and coordination activities related to RTO, Insurance and dealership operations.

Candidate Profile :

- 2–5 years of experience in RTO, automobile dealership, vehicle registration or motor insurance operations.
- Good knowledge of RTO procedures and vehicle documentation.
- Experience working on online government/RTO/insurance portals.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple pending cases and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be responsible, energetic, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Preferred Experience :

Candidates with experience in Automobile Dealership, RTO Department, Motor Insurance, Vehicle Registration, Dealer Operations or RTO Consultancy will be preferred.
