Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to help maintain smooth communication, timely execution, and proper organization of ongoing projects.

This role is particularly suitable for MBA freshers who enjoy planning, coordinating with people, monitoring progress, solving day-to-day execution issues, and working with digital tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and update daily status reports.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and requirements.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines.
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Website, Design, and Content teams.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare meeting notes.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Support project managers in daily operations.

Skills Required

- Robust ability to organize tasks, information, and deadlines.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.




- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Jira and task-management systems.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar software is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Candidates with basic software knowledge and a willingness to develop their technical skills are welcome.
- Ability to learn new processes independently.
