About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst with strong expertise in ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds) and capital markets. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the communication skills to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Analyze ETF products, structures, and performance against relevant benchmarks
- Monitor and interpret capital market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and regulatory changes
- Build financial models, valuation reports, and market research summaries
- Support portfolio managers and traders with data-driven insights on fund flows and liquidity
- Track competitor ETF offerings and market positioning
- Prepare client-facing reports and presentations on market movements
- Collaborate with trading, compliance, and product teams on ETF-related initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial data and reporting

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with direct exposure to ETFs and capital markets
- Robust understanding of fund structures, index tracking, and market liquidity dynamics
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with Bloomberg/Reuters is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience at an asset management firm, brokerage, or exchange
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing ETFs and capital markets
