- Estimation: Preparation of BOQs for building construction works
- Drafting: Knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting drawings (Not required to plan new layouts initially; we can guide)
- Planning Tools: Proficiency in MS Project / MS Excel
- Site Execution: Strong knowledge of in office execution and quality control
- Sustainable Projects: Knowledge of solar and environmental projects (Rainwater Harvesting, Solar Plant, etc.)
- Building Materials: Sound knowledge of building construction materials
- Interior Materials: Knowledge of interior finishing materials
- Construction Management: Overall project and construction management
- Decision Making: Ability to take timely and effective decisions
- Travel: Willingness to travel for site visits across India

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
