We are hiring Telecallers for our e-commerce company. The main responsibility will be to call customers and confirm their delivery addresses for their orders.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers for order/address confirmation
- Verify complete delivery address and contact details
- Update order confirmation status in the system
- Handle customer queries politely over calls
- Coordinate with the team for order processing
Requirements:
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer/mobile knowledge
- Polite and confident on calls
- Hindi speaking is required; Punjabi/English will be a plus
