We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The role will involve frequent client visits and requires excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit clients regularly and frequently to understand their requirements and generate business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify potential customers and expand the company's client base.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into business.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for client requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities,



and recent business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on client visits, leads, and business development activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and visits.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Candidates with an existing client network will be an advantage.
