We are looking for an experienced Senior Billing Engineer – Civil for our Building Construction Projects at Purnia, Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and certifying client and subcontractor bills, quantity verification, BOQ analysis, reconciliation, and coordination with the project team for timely submission and certification of bills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit RA Bills, Final Bills, and Client Bills as per contract terms and project requirements.
- Verify quantities executed at site and prepare detailed measurement sheets.
- Prepare and check subcontractor/vendor bills based on actual work executed.
- Review BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Manager, Planning Team, and Client/Consultant for bill certification.
- Track bill submission, certification, deductions, recoveries, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain variation/deviation statements and extra item claims.
- Assist in preparation and submission of claims related to additional quantities, extra works, and deviations.
- Conduct reconciliation of major construction materials such as cement, steel, sand,



aggregates, and other project materials.
- Monitor budget quantities and actual quantities executed.
- Identify quantity variations and cost implications.
- Maintain billing records, measurement books, abstracts, and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely submission of bills to maintain project cash flow.
- Prepare billing-related MIS and reports for Project Management and Head Office.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Commercial departments regarding bill payments and deductions.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Additional knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts will be preferred.

Experience

7–14 years of relevant experience in Billing, Quantity Surveying, and Commercial functions for Building Construction Projects.

Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, institutional, government, hospital, educational, or high-rise building projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
