About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to handle BOQ preparation, quotations, technical documentation, and coordination with vendors, OEMs, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare BOQs, quotations, cost sheets, and commercial documents.

· Prepare technical proposals and project-related presentations.

· Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for product specifications, pricing, and quotations.

· Coordinate with engineering, sales, purchase, and project teams.

· Prepare MIS reports, comparison sheets, and project documentation.

· Maintain records of quotations, vendor details, and project documents.

· Follow up with vendors and internal teams for required information and documentation.

· Ensure accuracy and timely completion of estimation and documentation work.

Word, and PowerPoint skills

· Good knowledge of quotations and commercial documentation

· Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

· Good coordination and documentation skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Skills

· Experience with SAP / SAP Ariba / ERP systems

· Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage

· Experience in quotation preparation and vendor coordination

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a related technical field.

Candidate Profile

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in estimation, quotations, technical documentation, or coordination.

· Strong MS Office skills.

· Good analytical and communication abilities.

· Ability to coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams.

· Willing to work from Borivali, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
