Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our Finance Team as Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounts & Compliance. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and smooth financial operations across the Group/Verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage statutory compliances for listed companies, including filings with Stock Exchanges, ROC, etc.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and other financial reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations.
- Perform regular checking and reconciliation of GST credits.
- Handle monthly GST and TDS payments, GST workings and return filings, and quarterly TDS return filings.
- Handle GST and Income Tax assessments, notices, and related compliances.
- Provide and reconcile data with the Operations Team for quarterly and half-yearly IRDAI submissions.
- Ensure timely finalization of financial statements and coordinate with Statutory Auditors for completion of audits within deadlines.




- Liaise with banks for credit facilities, renewals, financial information, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with Internal Auditors and resolve queries with necessary explanations and supporting documents.
- Prepare Fund Management Reports and update outstanding reports as required.
- Prepare monthly P&L; statements for various entities.
- Prepare Capital Infusion and Net Worth workings as and when required.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 3–9 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, Audit, or Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, Stock Exchange, and other regulatory requirements.
- Solid analytical, reconciliation, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Only Ahmedabad local candidates are preferred.
