Role Overview

We are looking for a strong, hands-on manufacturing professional to take complete ownership of the Lamination Department, including production, planning, quality, manpower, machine performance and overall plant health.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lamination/coating operations, preferably in the FIBC, PP woven or flexible packaging industry, with mandatory prior experience in a BRCGS-certified manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day lamination production and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Streamline production planning and coordinate with Planning, Extrusion, Weaving, Cutting, QC, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch.
- Monitor machine efficiency, OEE, downtime, wastage, rejection and productivity.
- Ensure consistent product quality as per approved specifications and customer requirements.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance and ensure overall health of the lamination plant.
- Drive reduction in wastage, downtime and quality rejections.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, GMP, hygiene and contamination-control practices.
- Ensure strict compliance with BRCGS requirements and food-grade manufacturing practices.
- Manage, train and develop manpower while ensuring discipline and adherence to SOPs.
- Drive continuous improvement and process standardisation within the department.




- Maintain accurate production records and provide regular MIS and performance reports.
- Take end-to-end operational ownership of the Lamination Department.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in Lamination / Coating Operations, preferably in FIBC, PP Woven or Flexible Packaging.
- Prior experience in a BRCGS-certified manufacturing facility is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of PP woven fabric lamination processes and quality parameters.
- Practical knowledge of production planning, machine operations and maintenance coordination.
- Good understanding of GMP, hygiene, traceability and contamination-control requirements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and manpower-management skills.
- Should be hands-on, disciplined, process-oriented and strongly quality-conscious.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field would be preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be capable of taking complete end-to-end operational ownership of the Lamination Department, with a strong focus on productivity, quality, plant discipline, BRCGS compliance and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9.0 per week
