Job Description:
- Review and analyze Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents
- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Technical, HR, and other teams to gather inputs for proposals, RFIs, RFQs, and other bid documents
- Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals, capability presentations, compliance matrices, and bid documentation
- Maintain bid trackers, proposal repositories, and documentation libraries
- Stay updated with the company’s solution offerings, product features, and industry trends
- Track leads and sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and chance status in CRM systems
