Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and child-friendly Primary School Teacher (PRT) to teach students at the primary level. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across subjects, developing students’ academic and life skills, and creating a positive, secure, and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective, age-appropriate lessons for primary students.
- Teach English, Hindi, Mathematics, EVS, General Knowledge, Computer, and other subjects as assigned.
- Use activity-based, interactive, and child-centered teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and teaching materials.
- Conduct class tests, assessments, and regular evaluations.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide individual support where required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Develop students’ communication, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate attendance, academic,



and student progress records.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress and development.
- Participate in school functions, assemblies, examinations, meetings, workshops, and training programs.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school management to support students’ overall development.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / equivalent teacher-training qualification preferred or required as per school norms.
- CTET/TET qualification will be an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of primary-level subjects and teaching methodologies.
- Previous teaching experience in a recognized school is preferred.
