We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive to handle customers from the US market, generate sales, process customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. The candidate should have robust communication skills and be comfortable working in a US night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the US market.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales and repeat business.
- Process orders accurately and follow up with customers when required.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and promotional offers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM/POS system.
- Meet assigned sales, conversion, and customer service targets.
- Follow up on leads and pending customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with Operations and US teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.




- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and customer activity reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable speaking with US customers.
- Basic computer and CRM/POS knowledge.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience in US customer service, sales, BPO, hospitality, restaurant, or call-center processes is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
