Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Manager - Training to lead our training initiatives and enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with various departments to assess training needs and ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
- Assess learning needs of employees through surveys, interviews, and feedback.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with department heads to tailor training initiatives that meet specific needs.
- Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

- E-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Performance management systems.
