Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international voice process with a leading global ITES organization in Chennai.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Position 1: Customer Support Executive – Fresher

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate or Undergraduate
- Freshers can apply
- Good verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary:

- CTC: ₹2.6 LPA
- Approx. ₹15,000 in-hand per month

Benefits:

- 5 days working

Position 2: Customer Support Executive – Experienced

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice, BPO, Customer Service, or a related field
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary:

- Maximum CTC: ₹3.3 LPA
- Up to ₹21,000 in-hand per month + incentives
- Up to 30% hike on last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offered CTC

- Handle customer queries through international voice support
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
