Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Controller to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our client, overseeing both the export (meat, poultry, seafood) and import (fruits) sides of the business. The ideal candidate will bring solid working knowledge of international trade finance, statutory compliance, and cost control within the perishable goods and cold-chain sector, along with the ability to independently own the finance function.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

- Working knowledge of pre/post-shipment finance, export bill discounting, Letters of Credit (LCs), and ECGC credit insurance.
- Practical knowledge of foreign exchange handling and basic currency hedging strategies.
- Transparent expertise in GST regulations, cross-border customs documentation, and import/export compliance.
- Experienced in cost control, fast-moving inventory valuation, and handling statutory company audits.




- Daily proficiency using Tally, SAP, or similar ERP configurations alongside MS Excel.

Eligibility:

- CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English communication.
- 4-7 years of overall finance experience, preferably from an export/import or trading business (food, agro-commodity, or FMCG sector).
- Good working knowledge of GST, customs regulations, export-import documentation, forex handling, and export finance instruments (pre/post-shipment finance, buyer's credit, bill discounting, LC, ECGC).
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
