Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives for the SBI Life Insurance process. The role involves interacting with customers, explaining insurance products, generating sales, and achieving assigned targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Sell SBI Life Insurance products to potential and existing customers.
- Explain insurance plans, advantages, features, and policy details to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide support when required.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Eligibility and Requirements

- HSC candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience can apply.




- Graduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience can apply.
- Age: 21 to 32 years.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is preferred.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Candidates should have good convincing and customer-handling skills.

Salary and Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
- Annual CTC up to ₹3 LPA.
- Performance incentives up to ₹2 LPA annually.

Shift and Working Days

- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Rotational week off
- Day shift
