Job Description

George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales and purchase invoice entries.
- Perform cash and bank transactions and maintain supporting records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Verify invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Assist in preparation of daily, monthly, and periodic financial reports.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.




- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
- Identify discrepancies in entries and assist in resolving them.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge can apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
