Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate between clients and internal operations team
- Generate, track, and manage sales leads
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports
- Ensure smooth execution of services and client satisfaction
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)




- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales/support roles is an added advantage
