Join Eduguru Education Group to help us improve and automate our finance and business processes. You’ll work at the intersection of Finance, Operations, Data and Technology, with projects such as integrating our ERP (Bukku) and CRM (School-2-Me). You’ll map existing processes, identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, and help build practical solutions. You’ll also support management reporting, data analysis and unit economics. This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy and exposure to real business and finance transformation projects.

Requirements:

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tackling problems.

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and a genuine interest in data and business processes.

- Interest or experience in automation, APIs, databases, Power BI, SQL, Python or similar technologies.

- Self-driven, curious and comfortable working independently with limited step-by-step guidance.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
