Job Description:

- Develop installation and commissioning schedules
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and client teams
- Allocate resources and assign tasks to service engineers and technicians
- Supervise site surveys and foundation checks
- Ensure proper equipment positioning, alignment, and anchoring
- Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Lead testing and validation of installed systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning
- Approve operating manuals and procedures for client use
- Recruit, train, and manage service staff




- Conduct performance reviews and ensure continuous skill development
- Maintain solid relationships with clients and vendors
- Provide technical support and post-installation services
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations
- Maintain detailed records of installation and commissioning activities
- Prepare reports for internal and client review
- Track service metrics and identify areas for improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
