Job Summary

We're looking for a strong finance and payroll professional to support our scaling operations and lead key financial and compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end financial accounting, reconciliation, and MIS reporting Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Ensure statutory compliance — GST, TDS, Income Tax, RBI/NBFC regulatory filings
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audits and assessments
- Prepare financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards
- Support leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Process end-to-end monthly salary calculations, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement
- Calculate and manage PF (Provident Fund), ESI, and other statutory deductions in line with applicable labor laws
- Handle TDS computation on salaries and coordinate Form 16 issuance
- Ensure accurate income tax calculations for employees, including investment declaration processing and tax regime comparisons (old vs. new)




- Reconcile payroll data with attendance, leave, and HR systems
- Manage full & final settlements, gratuity, and bonus calculations
- Ensure timely statutory payroll filings (PF, ESI, PT, LWF) and liaise with relevant authorities
- Maintain payroll compliance documentation and support internal/statutory payroll audits

Required Qualifications & Experience

- CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in NBFC/BFSI/fintech
- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations and NBFC compliance
- Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP (Tally, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling

Working Hours and Days

- Full Time: Monday to Saturday (Sat – WFH)
- 10:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
