About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in website development, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to build high-performance, responsive, and user-friendly websites.

You will work closely with our creative, design, strategy, and account teams to develop websites and digital experiences that meet both technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications.
- Write clean, scalable, secure, and well-structured code.
- Convert UI/UX designs into fully functional websites.
- Develop and integrate APIs, third-party tools, and web services.
- Work with databases and ensure efficient data management.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website and application issues.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, scalability, and SEO.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Conduct website testing and quality checks before deployment.
- Manage website updates, maintenance, backups, and security.
- Collaborate with designers, content teams, project managers, and other developers.
- Review code and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and development best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Strong experience with PHP / WordPress or relevant web development technologies.




- Experience with MySQL and database management.
- Good understanding of responsive web design.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version-control systems.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of web security best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with React.js / Next.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
- Knowledge of Node.js.
- Experience with website hosting, cPanel, DNS, SSL, and deployment.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency will be an advantage.
