Manage day-to-day mechanical engineering ac vi es at the site  Read, interpret, and work from AutoCAD drawings and layouts  Supervise and coordinate fabrication work (welding, cu ng, machining, assembly) at the site  Ensure fabrication and installation work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards  Plan and manage site resources — manpower, materials, tools, and equipment  Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for site material and fabrication needs  Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as per schedule

Conduct quality checks and inspections of fabricated/installed components  Ensure safety protocols and compliance are followed in office  Send regular reports to the office covering daily progress, site issues, material status, and manpower updates  Troubleshoot on-site mechanical/fabrication issues and coordinate resolutions  Maintain proper site documentation — work orders, BOM, progress reports, drawings

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
