Project Manager

Established Public Ltd Company requires Project Manager at Guindy, Chennai. Qualified post graduate with min 10-15 years’ experience to plan, execute, and deliver civil and engineering-related projects. The role involves managing varied works such as civil structures/buildings, waterproofing, structural, coordination, tendering, planning, execution, etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage civil projects such as building structures, flooring, waterproofing, structural repairs, quality control, office refurbishments etc.

- Coordination with Consultants, Vendors, contractors, Government agencies etc.

- Plan project timelines, budgets, BOQs, resource allocation, etc

- Supervise Contractors and Vendors to ensure quality controls, safety, and timely completion

- Track project costs, verify bills,



maintain progress reports, etc.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations

Required Qualifications

- Post Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering

- 10–15 years of experience in civil or project management

- Solid project planning and execution skills

- Vendor and Contractor management

- Knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Project is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
