Key Roles & Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Generate new Demat & Trading accounts through cold calling, field marketing, referrals, and networking, targeting retail and HNI clients.

Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly/quarterly brokerage targets and drive trading volume and client activity.

Product Sales: Promote Equity, F&O;, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and other investment products.

Client Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships, provide market updates, and ensure client retention.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads through campaigns, referrals, and digital channels and convert them into active clients.

Team Management: Handle sales/relationship teams, assign targets, monitor performance, and provide training. (For senior roles)

Partner Development: Develop and manage sub-broker, franchise, and agent networks.





Compliance: Ensure proper KYC, documentation, client records, and regulatory compliance.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Skills Required

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Positive knowledge of the stock market and investment products

Target-oriented and result-driven approach

Strong client relationship and convincing skills

Leadership and team-handling skills (for senior roles)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
