HR Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, attendance and leave management, documentation, and supporting various HR initiatives.
The candidate should have good communication skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Ensure proper documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll team for accurate and timely payroll inputs.
- Maintain HR MIS and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are communicated and followed.
- Support statutory and compliance-related HR activities.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities.
- Address routine employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee communication initiatives and HR events.
- Help create a positive and professional workplace environment.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and records.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee development and capability building.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations/generalist HR.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- HRMS/HR software experience.
- Experience with recruitment portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Knowledge of basic HR statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
