KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and source potential villas and property owners in Jaipur & Udaipur
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with villa owners, property developers and local contacts.
- Conduct property visits and evaluate villas for onboarding.
- Present StayOn Vacation’s business proposition and acquire new villa partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close acquisition deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective properties.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth property onboarding.
- Achieve monthly villa acquisition targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry in a managerial role.
- Hospitality background is a must.
- Hotel Management preferred; however, any graduate with good convincing and communication skills can apply.
- Excellent convincing,



negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good communication skills in English and/or local language.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and confident in dealing with property owners.
- Willingness to travel extensively around Jaipur & Udaipur
- Own bike with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Own laptop is mandatory.

- Local market knowledge of Jaipur is an advantage
