US Healthcare Caller – Night Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and communication-focused US Healthcare Callers to join our growing team in Kolkata. Candidates with experience in the US Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, Insurance, Provider Calling, or Healthcare BPO industry are highly preferred.

The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable communicating with US healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other healthcare stakeholders during the US shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive calls with US healthcare providers, insurance companies, and clients.
- Handle healthcare-related calling, follow-ups, and verification activities.
- Communicate professionally and maintain accurate call and process records.
- Follow established processes, scripts, and quality standards.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Work effectively during US business hours / night shift.

Requirements





- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Experience in US Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, Healthcare BPO, Insurance, or Provider Calling is highly desired.
- Comfortable handling US-based calls and conversations.
- Basic knowledge of US Healthcare terminology and insurance processes is an advantage.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Must be based in Kolkata and willing to work from office.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹8,659.55 - ₹15,295.35 per month
