A widely recognized organization executing large-scale infrastructure projects is looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to join their growing team in Calicut.
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Work Type: On-site
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month + Attractive Incentives
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Sales
Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation through cold calling, networking & social media
Conduct property/site visits and client presentations
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
Manage CRM updates using Salesforce or Zoho
Build long-term client relationships and referrals
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Negotiation and closing expertise
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Zoho)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
