Sales & Marketing Assistant – Fresher

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing Magazine & Digital News Publication team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales and marketing team in generating new leads and business opportunities.
- Research potential clients, brands, and businesses that may be interested in advertising and promotional opportunities.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and other online channels.
- Assist in presenting advertising, promotional, and partnership opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Support the team in converting leads into successful sales.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and client outreach activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed campaigns.
- Contribute ideas for improving lead generation and marketing strategies.

Requirements

- Excellent and fluent English communication skills are essential.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and skilled personality.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and potential customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, social media, and online communication tools is an advantage.
