Lavhe Developers & Builders is looking for a Junior Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building construction to join our construction team in pune.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of residential/commercial building construction, site execution, quality control, measurements, and coordination with contractors and workers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day building construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site workers, architects, and other consultants.
- Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Check materials, workmanship, and construction quality at the site.
- Take and verify site measurements and quantities.
- Assist with BOQ, quantity estimation, material requirements, and billing verification.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and construction records.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with senior engineers/management for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Follow safety standards and construction procedures at the project site.
- Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.

Required Skills

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Strong practical knowledge of construction site execution.
- Knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural/architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity measurement, BOQ,



and basic estimation.
- Positive contractor and workforce coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently at a construction site.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred.

Candidates who have worked on the following types of projects are preferred:

- Residential Buildings
- Apartment Buildings
- Commercial Buildings
- High-Rise Buildings
- Villas / Bungalows
- Other Building Construction Projects

Candidate Requirements

You must:

- Be currently based in Pune.
- Have 3–5 years of building construction experience.
- Be willing to work at construction project sites.
- Have practical site execution experience.
- Be available for a full-time position.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Civil Engineer who is willing to take ownership of site execution and construction quality and contribute to successfully delivering building projects for Lavhe Developers & Builders.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in building construction is required.

Candidates with hands-on experience in residential or commercial building projects will be preferred.

Salary

₹25000-30000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
