Job Summary :

We need a dedicated and organized HR Executive to join our hospital team. You will handle daily human resources tasks. You will support doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and medical technicians.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, interview, and hire medical, nursing, and support staff. Run hospital orientation programs for current workers.
- Payroll and Attendance: Track daily staff attendance, manage leave requests, and prepare payroll data.
- Employee Relations: Listen to staff complaints. Resolve workplace issues and keep morale high in a high-stress medical setting.
- Compliance and Records: Keep employee files safe and accurate. Ensure the hospital follows local labor laws and healthcare rules.
- Performance and Training: Help run staff performance reviews and arrange medical training or safety updates.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
