About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Creator to join our team and help us create high-quality educational and training content in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Audit, Taxation and Professional Skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to take raw content, concepts, presentations or instructions from our subject matter experts, instructional designers and convert them into engaging, professional and easy-to-understand videos.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining video editing, animation, visual storytelling and educational content creation.

Key Responsibilities1. Educational Video Creation

- Convert finance, accounting, audit and other educational concepts into engaging videos.
- Work with subject matter experts/faculty to understand the content and learning objective.
- Create storyboards and visual concepts before production.
- Develop animated explainer videos using tools such as Animaker, Vyond or similar platforms.
- Create both long-form training videos and short-form educational content.

2. Video Editing

- Edit recorded lectures, training sessions, webinars and instructional videos.
- Add graphics, animations, transitions, captions, callouts, images and other visual elements.
- Synchronize voice-over, background music, animations and on-screen text.
- Remove errors, pauses and unnecessary portions from recordings.
- Maintain consistent branding and visual quality across all videos.

3. Screen Recording & Software Demonstrations

- Create screen-recorded tutorials for Excel, accounting software, financial applications and other business tools.
- Highlight important steps and processes using callouts, zooms and animations.
- Convert complex processes into simple, step-by-step instructional videos.

4. Visual Content

- Create presentation graphics, thumbnails,



diagrams and supporting visual assets.
- Use Canva, PowerPoint or similar tools to create professional educational visuals.
- Ensure that videos are visually engaging while remaining easy to understand.

5. Short-Form Content

- Create short educational videos/reels/shorts for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Convert longer educational content into short, engaging knowledge pieces.
- Assist in developing content suitable for social media and digital marketing.

6. AI & New-Age Content Tools

- Explore and use AI-based tools for video creation, voice-over, subtitles, graphics and content production.
- Stay updated with new video creation and animation tools that can improve productivity and quality.

Required Skills

Must Have:

- 1–3 years of experience in video content creation/video editing.
- Hands-on experience with Animaker, Vyond or similar animation tools.
- Good knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, CapCut or similar.
- Good knowledge of Canva and PowerPoint.
- Experience with screen recording and instructional videos.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to independently manage a video from concept to final output.

Good to Have:

- Experience in e-learning, L&D; or educational content creation.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools.
- Experience with AI video-generation and AI voice-over tools.
- Experience creating YouTube Shorts/Reels/LinkedIn videos.
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, audit or taxation.
- Experience working with subject matter experts/faculty.





What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can think beyond editing.

You should be able to take a concept such as:

"What is EBITDA?"

and turn it into a visually engaging 2–3 minute learning video using animation, examples, graphics, voice-over and appropriate visual storytelling.

You should be comfortable asking questions, suggesting better ways to present content and taking ownership of the complete production process.

As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a short practical assignment.

Compensation

₹3.5–4.5 LPA, depending on experience, portfolio, technical skills and overall suitability.
