About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer with a solid background in agency environments. In this role, you will lead advanced practical training sessions, develop performance marketing strategies, and guide team members and trainees through real-world client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical digital marketing training using real-world agency case studies and live project scenarios.
- Guide learners on campaign strategy, multi-channel performance optimization, and portfolio development.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithm updates, and modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity).
- Evaluate project assignments, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to training curriculum updates.

Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on agency experience managing multi-industry client accounts.
- Professional fluency in English and Telugu to communicate effectively.




- Expert-level proficiency in at least one key specialization:
- SEO: Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, GA4, GTM, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Core Web Vitals, Schema.
- Google Ads (SEM): Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, GTM/Conversion Tracking.
- Social Media Marketing: Meta Ads, Lead Generation, Pixels/CAPI, Funnel Strategy.
- Broad operational understanding of Email Marketing, WordPress, Landing Page Optimization, and Performance Reporting.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly explain strategy and execution principles.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in corporate training, coaching, or workshop facilitation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
