About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Pastry Chef / Bakery Chef to lead our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing a wide range of baked goods, pastries, desserts, and confectionery items while maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, and desserts.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items in line with brand standards.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, appearance, and portion control across all bakery products.
- Manage daily bakery production schedules to meet service and order requirements.
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in the bakery section.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials, place orders, and minimize wastage.
- Train and supervise junior bakers and kitchen helpers.
- Coordinate with the main kitchen and service teams for timely delivery of bakery items.
- Handle special orders, custom cakes,



and guest dietary requirements professionally.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef / Bakery Chef in hotels, restaurants, bakeries, or QSRs.
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Bakery & Confectionery / Hotel Management (preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Solid knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and dessert plating.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) for reports and documentation.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.

Compensation

- Salary Range: Up to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience, skills, and portfolio).
