About the Role

Fazlani Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Bulk Food Production Manager to manage day-to-day production activities at our food manufacturing facility.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising bulk production of vegetarian Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food products and sauces, ensuring consistent quality, hygiene, timely production and minimum wastage.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily and weekly production as per company requirements.
- Manage bulk production of vegetarian RTE food products, gravies, curries, sauces and related food products.
- Ensure production is completed as per the planned quantity and timelines.
- Manage and supervise production workers, cooks, helpers and other production staff.
- Ensure proper adherence to standardized recipes, batch sizes and production processes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, quality and quantity of every batch.
- Monitor raw material usage and control production wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Warehouse and Packaging teams for smooth production.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and usage of raw materials as per FIFO requirements.
- Ensure production areas, equipment and utensils are maintained with proper hygiene and cleanliness.
- Follow and enforce GMP, HACCP, FSSAI and company food-safety procedures.
- Maintain daily production records, batch records, wastage reports and other required documentation.




- Monitor production equipment and immediately report any breakdown or maintenance requirement.
- Identify production problems and take corrective action to avoid delays or wastage.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity on the production floor.
- Train and guide production staff on recipes, hygiene, safety and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with management to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.

Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Central Kitchen, Commercial Kitchen or Bulk Food Production.
- Experience in RTE food, sauces, gravies, curries or vegetarian food production will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in large-scale/bulk cooking and food processing are preferred.
- Good understanding of food hygiene, production processes and quality standards.
- Experience in handling and supervising a production team.
- Should be comfortable working hands-on on the production floor.
- Good planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of production documentation and inventory control.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and FSSAI will be an advantage.
- Candidates from hotels, central kitchens, catering companies, QSRs or food manufacturing companies can also be considered if they have strong bulk-production experience.
