Location: Jaipur
Experience: 1–3 Years | Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Manage customer follow-ups, feedback, complaints, and post-sales support.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with sales, store, and operations teams for issue resolution.
- Follow up on orders, returns, exchanges, and pending queries.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
