Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Operations Executive to support and coordinate day-to-day operational activities at Ambica Industries. Candidates with a Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Science background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between production, quality, purchase, stores, and other departments.
- Maintain daily operational reports, records, and documentation.
- Monitor production schedules and follow up on operational requirements.
- Coordinate with factory and office teams for timely completion of tasks.
- Track materials, inventory, and other operational requirements.
- Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned senior.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety guidelines, and operational standards.




- Support management in improving operational efficiency.
- Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Eligibility

- Graduate in Science / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams.
- Candidates with experience in a chemical manufacturing environment will be preferred.
