- Manage complete HR operations at the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Plan and manage manpower requirements in coordination with Plant and Department Heads.
- Handle recruitment and workforce deployment for production, maintenance, stores, quality, and other plant functions.
- Manage contract labour, labour contractors, and workforce-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism, and industrial relations.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, shift schedules, and manpower productivity.
- Conduct employee engagement, training, induction,



and welfare activities.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing, salary inputs, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain HR MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports, attendance records, and other plant HR data.
- Support performance management, appraisal processes, and employee development.
- Ensure a positive and disciplined work environment within the plant.
