### Position Summary

The PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Analyst provides Application Managed Services (AMS) support for PeopleSoft FSCM financial applications. The role combines functional expertise with technical troubleshooting to resolve production issues, deliver enhancements, support integrations, and improve finance processes while meeting agreed service levels.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide L2/L3 support for PeopleSoft Financials modules.

* Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement requests within defined SLAs.

* Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.

* Configure PeopleSoft financial modules, business units, ledgers, chartfields, payment terms, workflow, and accounting rules.

* Troubleshoot interfaces, batch processes, journal processing, posting, allocations, payments, billing, and period-close issues.

* Perform root-cause analysis and recommend permanent corrective actions.

* Coordinate with technical teams on PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL-related issues.

* Monitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations with banks, procurement systems, payroll, tax systems, and third-party applications.

* Perform impact analysis, configuration, testing, regression testing, deployment validation, and post-production support.

* Maintain functional specifications, technical documents, knowledge articles, runbooks, and support procedures.

* Participate in change management, release management, problem management, and service review meetings.





* Provide user guidance, training, and knowledge transfer.

* Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system controls, performance, and user experience.

### Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft FSCM.

* Experience in an AMS, managed-services, or production-support workplace.

* Strong knowledge of finance processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, journal-to-ledger, and financial close.

* Experience with incident management, SLA tracking, root-cause analysis, and change management.

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to communicate effectively with finance users, IT teams, and business stakeholders.

* ITIL or comparable service-management certification.

* Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, customizations, and production releases.

* Knowledge of Oracle databases and performance troubleshooting.

* Experience with financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and audit-support activities.

* Experience leading offshore/onshore AMS teams.

### Typical Working Model

* L2/L3 production support with scheduled on-call coverage, where required.

* Collaboration with finance, procurement, treasury, payroll, banking, and IT teams.

* Regular reporting on ticket volumes, aging, SLA performance, recurring issues, risks, changes, and improvement initiatives.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500.00 per hour
