Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently.

Location: Thodupuzha, Mangattukavala

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update financial records including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage GST/TDS filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (adjust based on region)
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information




- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting activities
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on financial matters
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (can be adjusted)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally,SAP) and MS Excel
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Knowledge of taxation and compliance regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
