We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, practical experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm, and a good understanding of accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting activities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

- CA Inter qualified OR ACCA qualified.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Chartered Accountant firm.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining books of accounts and supporting documentation.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents required for audits.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, tax consultants,



and other external stakeholders when required.
- Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and other accounting activities.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of accounting issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for accounting and compliance purposes.
- Support management with financial information and accounting-related analysis as required.

Desired Skills

- Excellent knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of MS Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems.
- Good understanding of Indian accounting and taxation practices.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of accounting and compliance responsibilities. Experience working in a CA firm is particularly important, as the role requires practical exposure to accounting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.

Candidates who do not meet the mandatory qualification and minimum 2-year CA firm experience requirements may not be considered

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
