Job Description

Urban Immigration is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Manager with 1–3 years of experience specifically in the immigration/visa consultancy industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, leading the team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the immigration sales and counseling team.
- Set and achieve monthly branch sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Handle important client queries and escalations.
- Develop strategies to improve sales and branch performance.
- Train and guide counselors and other team members.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.




- Ensure company policies and immigration consultancy processes are followed.

Requirements

- Mandatory: 1–3 years of experience in the Immigration/Visa Consultancy industry.
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Team Leader, Sales Manager, or Senior Counselor in immigration is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of immigration/visa consultancy processes.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated.
- Positive sales and business-development skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve monthly targets.
