Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives, financial needs, and challenges to proactively offer relevant products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to expand our service offerings and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations,



and reviews to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure seamless client experience.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and financial analyses to clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Monitor client portfolios, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Achieve individual and team sales, retention, and client satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and product enhancements to provide expert advice to clients.
