Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and provide nursing care to patients undergoing IVF, ICSI, IUI, and other fertility treatments.
- Explain treatment procedures, medication schedules, investigations, and follow-up requirements to patients.
- Assist patients with understanding and following prescribed ovarian stimulation medication protocols.
- Administer prescribed injections and medications safely and accurately.
- Monitor patients during stimulation cycles and report symptoms, adverse reactions, or abnormal findings to the fertility specialist.
- Assist doctors during follicular monitoring, transvaginal scans, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and other fertility-related procedures.
- Prepare patients and procedure rooms before egg retrieval and embryo transfer.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and provide appropriate post-procedure care.
- Support the team during emergency situations and identify potential complications requiring immediate medical attention.
- Maintain accurate IVF treatment records, medication charts, procedure documentation, and patient files.
- Coordinate blood tests, scans, consultations, and other investigations as required during the treatment cycle.




- Communicate effectively with embryologists, fertility specialists, anesthetists, doctors, and other members of the IVF team.
- Ensure proper infection-control, sterilization, and aseptic practices are followed.
- Maintain and check availability of medications, consumables, and emergency equipment.
- Provide patients with pre-procedure and post-procedure instructions, including medication and follow-up guidance.
- Offer emotional support and maintain a sensitive, respectful, and confidential approach when dealing with patients undergoing fertility treatment.
- Coordinate appointments and treatment-related communication with patients as directed by the clinical team.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and treatment information.
- Follow clinic SOPs, nursing protocols, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Participate in audits, training programs, quality-improvement initiatives, and continuing career development.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
