Position: Sales Executive – Retail Sales | Full-Time
Salary: ₹35,000 – 45,000

Are you a customer-focused retail sales skilled who is comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and technology to drive sales and enhance customer experience?

At Musee Musical, we are looking for a dynamic Executive | Senior Executive – Retail Sales to help customers discover the right musical instruments and solutions while delivering an exceptional buying experience

What You'll Do

· Drive retail sales through customer engagement, consultative selling, and relationship building

· Engage with walk-in customers, repeat buyers, music teachers, academies, and institutions

· Recommend suitable instruments, accessories, rentals, and service solutions

· Use CRM and digital sales tools to manage leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and conversions

· Leverage customer data and insights to drive repeat business and customer retention

· Coordinate with service, logistics, and store teams to ensure seamless customer experience

· Support promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives across channels

What We're Looking For





- 4- 5 years of retail sales experience (premium retail, lifestyle, consumer durables, education, music, or similar sectors)
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with CRM platforms, digital sales tools, and data-driven follow-ups
- Consultative selling mindset with strong closure capability
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Self-driven, energetic, and customer-centric
