Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify garment accessories against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Store and organize garment accessories systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
- Issue accessories to production, sampling, and other departments as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Handle accessories such as buttons, zippers, labels, tags, threads, tapes, hooks, buckles, elastics, polybags, cartons, stickers, packing materials, etc.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences with system/records.
- Maintain GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and inventory documentation.
- Ensure proper identification, labelling, and segregation of different accessories.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight shortages to the Store/Purchase team.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase,



Quality, Merchandising, and Accounts departments regarding material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of accessories.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Assist during internal and external stock audits.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required by management.
- Identify slow-moving, excess, damaged, or obsolete stock and report the same.
- Ensure all store activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of garment accessories and packaging materials.
- Robust inventory and stock management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
