We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Mphere is looking for motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should be confident in building new client relationships, generating leads, communicating with prospective clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business. We’re looking for someone with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills who is motivated by performance and growth.

Responsibilities

- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Introduce and explain Mphere’s services to potential clients
- Maintain consistent communication with existing prospects and clients
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow-ups
- Identify new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly client acquisition targets
- Track sales activities and performance metrics

Compensation & Growth

- Training Period: First 2 months
- Training Stipend: ₹6,000/month




- Performance Opportunity: Achieve 5 recent clients in the 1st month and your salary will be upgraded to ₹12,000/month from the 2nd month
- Further Growth: Salary and incentives can increase with consistent client acquisition and performance

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and self-motivated personality
- Good presentation and client-handling skills
- Target-oriented approach
- Sales/Business Development experience is an advantage
- CRM experience is preferred
